I don't think I've seen enough to give it a fair rating tbh; its a day trip, really. But its a nice place, and I will return.

Beautiful walks and amazing to learn. Good to have a whole day and do the entire mines walks right up to the air shaft

This great piece of history is a hidden gem. Well worth the slight detour off the highway.

This is awesome! Even some small underground passages left with attached rooms to explore. Go wherever you want as this site is un monitored and allows you to enjoy it with ease. Be prepared for a short walk. May be difficult with wheelchairs to see the supervisor house ruins but otherwise awesome. I recommend taking a look at the ocean up close - stunning views just past the tree line.

Gorgeous location, surrounded by pristine water and expansive forest. The area is well kept despite being essentially unmanned. Information plaques provide enough information of the site's history without needing a guide. Some spots like the underground cells could potentially be missed, but explore enough and you'll find them. Free to enter and explore and well worth the drive.
